TW support?

Has anyone had any trouble with them? Two tickets of mine were closed with no response. These were serious questions/ concerns too😔 Has anyone else run into this problem?

I had a problem with buyin don points a few weeks ago. They responded in like 9-10 hours.

I'm not purchasing any more don points out of protest for their inadequate responses, if they reply at all.
It's their game, they can do what they like, but unfortunately I love this game and have spent enough to qualify for a little respect. -

I found the level of support regarding free points to be disgraceful.

I hate how it has becme us and them.

Support in tw is still way better than most software companies, in my experience. I rate them a solid "A".

I've always received responses and they have fixed any issue I have had. It takes a day or so but that's not a bad turn around.

TW support are idiots. When I was getting harassed by a troll attacker who had no turf of his own, TW support basically tol me to get lost. And when having issues with don points they reply with a generic response that doesn't help...
