The other night my girlfriend and I were at her parents house visiting and we were falling asleep and she passed out first. She started breathing really heavy like she was freaking out. I figured she was having a nightmare so I woke her up to interrupt her dream. She rolled over and passed out again. About 2 mins later I was passing out and and saw an image of a tall slender man standing in the doorway. Couldn't make out his face. I started freaking out and knew I was dreaming but couldn't wake myself up. Not fully. I would wake up only to wake up into another dream in the exact same location and the guy would show up again. This happened over and over. I was trying to scream and pinch myself to wake up but I had sleep paralysis. I wasn't fully asleep I could still feel my physical body and hear myself mumbling in real life. It was the worst feeling ever.

I don't know why but the feeling I got from seeing this guy was absolutely terrifying. Anyways we talked the next morning and both of us agreed that something was in the room while we were sleeping. We both had crazy dreams that night that involved killing eachother and a bunch of other really messed up stuff. It was fucked to say the least. She didn't want to go into the room the next night cuz she was still scared from the night before.

I had that happened before, sleep paralysis. I've Ben waiting for it to happen to me. Happened to 2 people in the house I live. One was my cousin and tether was my brother. Difference was they saw a black shadowy figure above them, where as I was laying on my side and couldn't move to see anything, I tried to tell at my wife but I couldn't, she was cool though. Baylife

Started to watch slender videos before I went to bed... That night every time I would drift off I would be starting out walking in the woods... Every time I forced myself to wake up... It was terrible.

I know of slender man. My dream was real to me though. I'm not saying it was slender man. Just a really tall skinny dude in my dream that freaked me out more then anything in the past 10 years. I don't get nightmares.

There actually is a lot of history about the slenderman.
Famous artists, known for their realism, all drew/represented what is believed to be the slenderman.
