Well your brain is different sexed. Just bc you brain feels like a female, doesn't mean your automatically attracted to guys. That would be like saying I should be attracted to guys. Most guys who feel transgendered typically are considered gay untill the switch over. Bc they like men. But sometimes, a guy feels like a women, but still likes women. Thus the "lesbian trapped in a mans body" part being a legitimate claim. But by claiming this, your saying "I like to wear pretty pink dresses and I wanna lose my penis" bc if not, there's no other difference between that and a straight man.
