I had a guy prank calling me from a blocked number a few years ago. I bought a 1-800 answering service online and forwarded my calls there before the phone would ring. It automatically unblocked his number the next time he called. His full name was on his voicemail. He seemed kinda freaked when I called him with my number blocked and addressed him by name. Never got another call.
