Name withheld to protect the innocent. Before joining a defensive Vendetta for what might seem like good cause. First ask around to find out who there friends are. It's not really worth loseing a crap load of turf in just a couple of minutes.
Just a word of advise.

Ha ha ha! I once took a turf with upgrades that was taxing me. No tags but he was helping in a war! His big friend took limit on me in about 10 minutes. Agh the good old days when people didn't whine just fought. 😱😱😱😱

The funny thing is, the three I'm talking about could go limit on both of you, with no problem. This thread was for info, not to cry.

One important aspect players that haven't fought much don't realize is that if they join a v thinking they are just going to be defensive only, the targets of that V really need to assume they are offensive capable as well...more so if the 'defensive' players are near the targets. And then they will get capped by the target and friends of the target.

Likewise players that ask other players to start V's for them or join their V's should really warn the new players who the friends are for their target...weed farmer makes a good point...finding out who the enemies are after the V starts is just bad planning all around.

P.S. a truly defensive V against a much larger player generally won't work.
