Well the minimum wage, lazy assed, little slut who answered the phone deserves to be fired, that's for damn sure. But it sounds like the corportation as a whole got back in a timely manner and did their best to get the situation right. And it's not just the girl, it's anyone above her and above them that should be fired with no benifits.

But you know what else is messed up... They should have gotten him (being in a wheelchair) a room on the ground floor mainly cause that would have been nice of them
But also because of fire safety!
What If the building had caught fire? Your not suppose to use an elevator in this type of emergency?!?
