BULLY? To me its when some one caps you out of an area or trys, i could be wrong so let me know whats does it mean to you?

One time G$ and I were in a bar and we both thought the bar tender was hot..

I gave her a $20 tip when we walked in and started talking to her, meanwhile he gave the band (some ridiculous amount) and got them to change their set into a private karaoke session for him and her...

That's a bully...he didn't even buy me a drink or give me $20 refund!

Belial had a debate about this at one point. I will give you the same answer I gave that. A bully is some one who excessively caps one player for no reason without moving on.

Ok long story longer, so i only had about 4-5 turf in oakland (near my job site) today they all got capped, come to find out a player complained to another saying i was "bullying him" when i had 2 of his 60 turf on entirely different sides of oakland. one was on the bay and the other was completely inland! does that really make me a bully, and whats does that say about the one who literally capped me out? Please advise so i know for future reference!

I've had a similar problem at the time when this player started capping me he had a much bigger mob, therefore I didn't do anything but punch some codes moved a few turfs and being a new player didn't really know how to equipped my mob however after reading the forums I have now started to equip my mob correctly and it's going to be very soon I can take my 30+ turf back 😃

Try dealing with it by smashing them both. Get other players to help you fuck em up

Great advice, i plan on coming back for my turf, but that wasnt my question, what signifies a bully? Example: rite now i got revenge on my version of a bully who knocked me dwn for a whole month, i wore out my thumbs punching codes, planted turf and just now knocked dwn his with good reason so am i the bully now? Or is it just payback like what happened to me in oakland earlier?

When some one continues to cap turfs for reasons that they like to see the other suffer and doesn't stop till the one has to set an other very strong player on them or capping people out of areas
