I have had a headache for 2 days now and it will not go away.

See your doctor to get checked out just to be safe.

Drink more water.
Get more sleep.
Reduce stress.

I've had a headache for three days before. I've suffered from migrains my whole life so it's different. I just take a bunch of pills and drink a lot of water. Drink a bottle an hour.

2 liters per hour for 3 hours. 2 Advil in the first hour, then the third Advil after the 3rd hour.

Drink water. You're probably dehydrated. Most headaches are because of this
