I've recently been watching many YouTube videos and researching the mod DayZ for Arma II, it looks cool and I was thinking about getting it untill I saw The WarZ. I think I'll get the WarZ because it is a stand alone game and DayZ is just a mod, that is extremely buggy and has terrible zombies.
What are your opinions on these two similar but very different games?

Army of 2 is old and the mod is still in devolopement so of course it would not be as good.

My honest opinion is that u want WarZ to be good, not that I'm gonna play it but at least it will get rid of some idiots and servers from Arma II and BTW army of two is completely different.

DayZ- Standalone by september, look it up.

WarZ is copied trash, and hasn't even got more than concept, and will likely not stand up to expectations. And the Zombies in DayZ are fuckin' awesome, I don't know what the hell you're talking about.

From what I've watched arn't they glitchy? Or are they supposed to teleport, sprint, and walk through boxes doors and walls?

Think you would need the arma II engine, soo instead of buying arma II with every thing that comes with it you just buy the engien.
