Why do inactives make their turf 84inf and not 85inf?

Because you couldn't have 85/86 influenceinfluence back then. In an update he I creased it by 2.

Most times, if a player has 84 influence turf, it means that they've been inactive since the max influence per turf was 84.

Well they don't necessarily have to be as big as a 100inf turf now, if when the game was being developed, they just made a 100inf the same size as a 86inf
