A Better Riddle that you won't know
Forums › General Discussion › A Better Riddle that you won't know-
(Ps its long and detailed) A man wakes up on a Friday morning and gets ready for the day. He brushes his teeth, puts his cloths on and heads up town. He left his wallet at the supermarket the previous day and goes to pick it up. Says hi to his friend and grabs his wallet. He then heads to the bar to grab a few drinks. After a little while he begins to feel drunk and depressed. It's now night time and the man is very drunk. (part 2 in a minute let me finish before you post please)
-
Its now night time and the man is very drunk, he heads home turns the light off and then goes to bed. The next morning he wakes to watch the news and finds out that 500 sailors died on a ship reck and the man is very shocked and very sad. The man feels horrible.
THE question of the riddle is, WHAT is his job??? I will answer when the correct answer is posted! -
He works
On a ship? -
Lighthouse operator!

"Says hi to his friend and grabs his wallet."
A thief, he stole his friend's wallet. -
He works at the supermarket. He feels bad because 500 people died, which isn't good. Trick question.😉

This is what I was thinking. Lighthouse dude was my first thought, but logically, a ship that can hold 500 people on it doesn't sink because it runs into some rocks on the shore. He works at the supermarket. He feels bad because 500 people died, which isn't good. Trick question.😉

A lighthouse attendant is his job

It can't be though. For 500 sailors to be on a ship it would have to be a carrier (correct me if I'm wrong). and carriers don't sink near shore, let along need to rely on lighthouses.A lighthouse attendant is his job

Evening news reporter

He does not have a job because he wiped have gone to his job on Friday. But he went to the supermarket then the bar.

A cruze is a car. A CRUISE ship does not sink very easily either. Plus it is big enough that it would just land on the ocean floor if it hit the rocks. And ships dont just sink out in the middle of the ocean when a lighthouse turns off 😒 the point of a lighthouse is to keep the ships away from the rocks near shore.Carpenter wrote:

A carrier can hold 7000+ sailors, this ship is not necessarily that big!
-

I didn't say a carrier only held 500 people 😒 (I think) the other classes of ships only hold a few hundred, and of they don't hold 500, 500 can't die.A carrier can hold 7000+ sailors, this ship is not necessarily that big!

Yes it is a light house keeper! I wanted to see all of your opinions before I told you. Yeah I never said that the ship had ONLY 500 people but that how many just died and also he does live in the light house. I never did mention what year this took place because I wanted you to all think. Thanks for getting it though! 😃
