Pretty much all of the time, but I know it's not plausible and I still have to go work and help my family and stuff. Just got to man up and do what you've got to do.

I'm assuming you're in your teens. It happens to all of us from time to time. I tend to force myself to go for a walk in the woods and absorb everything there. The views, the sounds, the smells. Forget about everything for awhile while you're there. Just enjoy the tranquility. You'll soon realize things will be fine.

I have felt this way on and off the last couple of months. I find that going for a bicycle ride with some music that I've enjoyed in the past helps.

Smiling is kinda weird, it makes you feel better. Try it. Even a fake smile will make you feel happier.

Some old hippie told me to try it a long time ago. I didn't believe him and went for a hike just to prove him wrong. I was carrying a gun to end my life in the woods. But as I was walking, I started to feel a sense of tranquility. Needless to say, I walk alot of nature trails now. So soothing.

its 2a and my mind is still runnin like crazy, i gotta be up by 7a to put in 10+\- it SUCKS but such is life,
