Hilarious!Late 30's is no where near mid life crisis car. Get the Camaro now and then the Lambo you get in your 50's wont look like such a crisis car. Break em in slowly ya know.
I keep upgrading with motorcycles every couple years. Figure once I hit 50, I'll be ready for a BMW so I can tour cross country with the wind blowing on my bald head.

I would wait an see how the new 400+hp Mustang would look like plus it's way cheaper.

Do NOT ever buy a new car. Lease it, buy it used because as soon as you drive it off the lot you piss away half of what you spend on it.
No matter how sentimental or "hot" or "in demand" the car is, just think of how many don points you would waste. -

Johnny, got my Daytona Charger at 35 bud. Never too early for a midlife crisis car. Besides if you do it now you can still sneak in the later midlife crisis car too.

this is my plan. right now I have a 88 mustang 5.0 hatchback and want to upgrade to a new car just waiting for the right timeI would wait an see how the new 400+hp Mustang would look like plus it's way cheaper.

I'm all 😻 over the new Audi S7 but not quite ready to go that route yet. I think its the S7, the fast 2 door one that isn't the R8 lol.
And that's a car I would want to lease for sure. Damn expensive to repair German autos!
I need to own my daily driver though. 25,000 mi/yr commute adds up quick.

no, no.. All wrong.. The camaros a beast u couldn't top it.. The only thing the new mustang has thatI would wait an see how the new 400+hp Mustang would look like plus it's way cheaper.
makes it nice is the panoramic top(glass roof).. If you look back into when these cars were made ford copied/stole plans and dropped the mustang before the camaro.. They basicly copied the car with diff fixtures here and there.. Also if ur into cars there's just something about the camaro being a mans ride.. The mustang is more of a chick ride..Johnny listen to your heart camaro ftw

Hey, if your life expectancy is pegged at 76, you are at the top of the hill. Mid-life crisis away. These people that put their mid-life crisis at 53 are just fooling themselves.
I wan't my classic roadster NOW!

No matter how sentimental or "hot" or "in demand" the car is, just think of how many don points you would waste.Ya I hear ya George, but if you put enough time in you should be able to find a nice used car, especially in this economy. I also understand V's point about a lease because they do limit your miles.
And I guess it wouldn't be a midlife crisis if you were actually practical about it.
That camaro is pretty fn hot too, but I think I'm hooked on the new SS Chargers.
