Turf income question

My turf total net income displayed in "my turf" shows up as $73.2k but in the top right hand side it says I'll only make 45.6k in the next 56.45 min. I only pay 2.1k in protection according to my turfs page which was already accounted for when calculating the net income. What has happened to the remaining balance of my supposed income? I also don't pay protection to any other players.

Go to the market and see what your weapons upkeep is.
