Bale actually went to Colorado to visit the movie theater victims. He was not dressed as Batman, but they were still happy & stuff.
I first saw a Facebook status so I wasn't 100% sure, but now there's pictures online with some articles. Good job Christian Bale; we're proud of you being supportive of your fans! 😌👍

Ok, nice. But I doubt the victims and/or their families were upset that he wasn't in costume. (wtf?)

I also kinda doubt he was there to see his fans.

Any empathy whatsoever in there?

I saw the status going around on Facebook and thought to myself "If I had just been watching a movie and had a traumatic experience, I would NOT want to be reminded of the movie." seriously, you know how horrific that would be if he came in costume? They're already at a high enough risk of PTS.

God, I love Christian Bale. What a wonderful way to lift spirits of the victims. Pretty touching.
