And it occurred to me (fyi I'm Turfa). A few months ago, I was doing relatively well on TW ... I had my 100 mob per level, I had good friends, and was a member of a small, but tight-knit alliance.

Then, my alliance fell apart (long story). My friends began randomly quitting or taking unscheduled breaks from the game. I became rather busy in RL. And ... I became frustrated with the quality of the forums.

So, I cut wayyyy back on my forum whore-ing (a good thing), and began playing the map more (another good thing).

Sadly, I began to speak less and less to my friends (the ones that still played). I let shit slide ...

Today, I found out that my closest friend has apparently quit, without PM-ing me (sad face), and of the ones that are still playing, some have passed my mob, doubled my mob, and even tripled my mob.

Without me even noticing.

Well, that is your choice. And if you want you can. Real life varies for us all and we must make do with what if have do and make sacrifices such as limiting a past time such as this game that many players on this game enjoy. And we forget things. I went through and cleaned up and found old comments I was surprised to find. We forgot people or people have to leave. It just happens.

I know how ya feel.I quit for two weeks and I got a message from a TW friend that the capo, who was extremely nice, quit.So I came back and asked if hes comin back.Been waitin 7 weeks.

Oh, PS. Seeing as I've been playing map consistently for 8 months, I daresay I'm no longer a noob. I've yet to be involved in a large scale war though .. I normally keep outta the 20k+ mob's way lol
