So, hypotheticaly...

Without sending money for a plane ticket, or sending a plane ticket, how would you help someone fly from point A to point B?
(not on the map, sheesh.. RL hypothetical)

Okay, first we would need: a fully grown albatross, 4 bungee cords, 6 roles of duct tape, a stadium seat, goggles, airplane peanuts, and enough good fapping material for a couple months.

Find the busiest flight you know of with AirTran. They always overbook. When it's time to board they will call for volunteers to jump on the next flight in exchange for a free round trip flight anywhere in the US. Never fails.

Or you could use your credit card points for a ticket

Or get a job in the city you're looking to go and have them fly you out

I'd buy and plane ticket for them. Buy another to fly to point A, give them the ticket. Then buy another to get to point B with them.

Hot air balloon? Charter your own plane? Buy a helicopter? LSD? Is flying the only option between point A and B? Are they flying to point B for your benefit or their own? Why can't they sort it out themselves? Can you not meet them at point A? ... hypothetically speaking ...

Hypothetical answers
Tough one. What's the surprise, hypothetically speaking? Surprise for person flying or for person being visited? They can't get the ticket because they can't know about it or because they'll trade it for crack? Can they be flown to point C and take a train from there? Can one fly to point A and fly together back to point B? Can't everone just meet said person at point A instead and have the party there? You can't pull a chop chop? So many questions...
