Sad? The guy was a hell of a football coach and a college football legend, BUT he knew what Sandusky was doing and turned a blind eye to it. He is just as guilty as Sandusky and in my book is no long a legend. Everything JoPa around the campus should be removed forever! He is just as much scum as Sandusky!

joe paterno did not rape children, sandusky did there is no comparison between the too. but that doesnt excuse joepa from his mistakes. they should take down anything that says paterno and the ncaa should throw the book at psu if what that report says is true.

Paterno knew what Sandusky was doing to the boys, but he didn't care enough to report it. Same with other psu admins. They are all just has guilty as Sandusky. C, I don't know if you have kids, but I got 2 of my own and if I found out that they were molested and other ppl had known about it but chose not to say anything, I would look for them and prob end up going to jail! Anyone who knows that someone is molesting little kids and doesn't do anything about, is just a sick in the head as the POS molesting the kids

I absolutely agree with you on all of that I just find it sad, or more so bittersweet to see a great football legend of decades end the way it has. But like i said before, by all means, I think all of this is necessary

I cant think of a more deserving school for the ncaa death penalty. Of course too much money is on the line so it probably wont happen..

The only reservation I have about PSU possibly getting the NCAA death penalty is because of the kids that chose to go there for sports before any of this came to light. I do, however, think anyone that had ANY knowledge about what was going on should be canned without possibility of being rehired by ANY school.
