If you overuse them the water can build up in your lungs and after a long while you can end up drowning you'reself 😳

I worked for a doctors office and before performing certain surgerys, patients needed to quit smoking. Chantix worked really well for the majority of them, talk to your doctor and he can write you a perscription. Good luck!
