Loss due to resistance

I just took a turf from a guy but it says i lost 8% of it's income value due to resistance, so I read what it means and it's got to do with clamping down on "sharing" turfs. It is only supposed to be if 30 or more percent of turfs taken were from that person. I took 4 total on him in 3/4 months so why the resistance?

Go to Help and strategy And stop posting these questions on General Discussion
