It hasn't jacked up any plans because I'm not stupid enough to fall for such lameness, and when I attack turf, there's a reason.
At least badfish has a non-pansyass turf color.

Doing it for giggles is probably the only good reason!
Pretending it is strategy, is mouthbreather status at best.

It's better to exactly match the color of the one you want to capture when they have a big cluster of turfs. Sometimes they don't notice you there until 24 hours is up.

I think I was one of the first people to do it. Then, it was strategic. Now tons of people have caught on & done the same, making map-colored turfs way less inconspicuous. :-/

Map colored turf are the ninjas of the game...the incredibly sucky, asshole ninjas that get beat up later because everyone thinks they're assholes.

Well i think if it was the real world and you had crime pads set up every where you would be a dumb arse to set a big flashing, bright yellow neon light saying this is my turf i sell guns and crap though it. I know I would try to make mine fit in as best as possible! so the competitor doesn't notice and so the cops don't and when I'm plainning to take turf over in this game I'll do the same.

Are awesome... I made it like it fir giggles now 4ppl in my area has it and build turf in one area... It really annoying trying to pick your turf out of 15 that you can't really see (Y)

This is going to change in the next Turf Wars release. Turfs that are too close to the map's color will have a gray border around them. In the meantime, you can scan for transparent turfs using the website map (http://turfwarsapp.com/map/)

Crap, I had clear turfs for a long time, they're very helpful. But I changed the color to black like 3 days ago.
