What are you fishing for? Anything that mimics shrimp or prawns is always nice

I'm in Florida now and I like it cause I rarely get to fish in salt water. The bait that's been working the best for us is shrimp and minnows (from the beach anyway).

Out in boat squid, sardines and small live fish work great for catching pretty much anything.

We get all of our advice from the locals. Just go to a bait shop and they will tell you what's best.

Snappers like konch guts. Caut some in the Bahamas with that stuff. Also, some fish and a small piece of old bacon works amazingly. Caught 3 snappers and a grunt all in one night with that combo.

Yeah we use live shrimp to catch the big ones. But if you want to have something constantly biting use dead shrimp, hardly any will be keepers, but sometimes it's better than sitting and waiting.

Shrimp and shiners. Also u can buy a cheap rig that will let u catch ur own bait which works good.

Shrimp and greenbacks are a no brainer, trust me on the artificial. I've placed top 3 in plenty of tournaments, my last post is a great tip, trust me!

Bottom fishing - squid, shrimp, mud minnows (snapper, grouper, black sea bass)

Intercoastal - spinners (Red Drum)

Trolling - Ballyhoo (Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo)
