Any fix you can come up with conceptually is an easy fix into you start to try and implement it & put it into practice. All avenues of changes must be looked into beforehand along with ways the changes will effect the game negatively or positively. There is no "magic" simple fix. Nick & the Dev's work very hard to keep this game as enjoyable to AS MANY people as possible. Often times a fix for players like us, the ones in this thread not necessarily a good fix for the other players who are not as large or as active. It's in Nick & the Dev's best interest to make sound, responsible & well thought out & tested changes. Not just cave to the constant droning of the masses.

And yeah. Some sort of change should happen because this does suck. 😜

Micro mobs should not dictate a war as it defeats the purpose of mobbing. I could easily use my GF's phone to set up a 1-2k mob with 2 influence and level 25 so that it can be used but it's pointless.
Either a player has to be level 50 to join a v or as soon as you join any v you lose all DP.
A minimum capping range should put in place regardless of how small the player is too as the range advantage of the smaller mobs is huge, god know what is is like for hav, random,etc vs a 1500-2000 mob player.
I understand a balance needs to be struck and limitations In place but if you have played for two years any advantage is well earned IMO 👍

But Anyway - I AGREE that a fix should happen and I've suggested to support on several occasions to make it so must be level 50 to join a V. I think I'm in the majority here, both our side and twfc have stated this is a good fix.

It seems all sides want a fix. Hopefully a solution is found so that it comes back to mob size again.
I don't have a lot of free time but I use what I have for mobbing up. It would be nice if that counted for something, I don't want to work hard just to get tossed out of a town due to this problem.
I am impressed with the focus on this issue all around from the vets who "dislike" each other lol. It shows that this is a big problem even though I haven't personally had an issue with it yet. -
I think a number of things should happen.
1. Range should be fixed (updated). It's too much of a spectrum. When range was linked to mob originally, there wasn't as much of a disparity between mob sizes. No one should be uncappable. Now its a joke.
2. Range for vendettas needs to be sorted. With a few strategically placed pins I can be kept out of a huge area. Nothing I can do about that. Where's the balance?
3. No don protection or influence protection sub level 50 when mini mobs join vendettas.
4. Cap limit against these accounts should also be increased once they are in vendettas, and is ludicrously low for sub godfather accounts.
5. Give something back to the bigger mobs. If you think that's unfair, I think it's unfair that I spent 2 years punching codes to have to incur almost every disadvantage the game has to offer. I think I may have earned a right to some sort of advantage.
6. Give any player with 'random' in their name 4k hench.

.I agree well said Random. On #4 scale back cap limit on big players tho, and 6#.. lol:)

I disagree with giving any further advantage to larger mob players. I think adjustments need to be made to correct the system that is in place at this time but I think favoring or giving any more of an advantage/edge to larger mobsters would result in too great of a disparity in game play between top & even mid level players.

I'm not asking for an unfair advantage - but it's definitely a sliding scale of advantage as you get to me and Random's size (you'll see.) It can almost reduce a big mob to nothing more than a sideline player providing V gun support and holding ground.
Unless you have balls to "go for it" by flooding and taking lots of chances (which I do both) you end up being a B2 bomber and see less ground action.

As a middle sized player I have to agree that the range is also an issue. I get easily ranged so I can only assume any 50k plus player has to be within 2 feet of a small mobs turf who then has a range of 2 miles or so.
Maybe cap limit should be determined by number of turf as well as level as it is frustrating when a player has hundreds of turf in an area and their cap limit is 20-30 turf.
I think with some minor tweaks major improvements can be made 👍

That would be a double-bad whammy for me. 315M to plant one turf in a dense city is crazy... 1B per 3 or 4 turfs.
The sliding range scale that people have on larger mobs seems skewed tho. Seems like it should taper some as the mob size goes up. -
The problem comes into play when some punk bad ass, let's just call him Random Ron Hav-A-shagg for shits & giggles, has a bad day at his door to door tooth brush sales job. Gets home & decides to light up the map. First thing this jack ass does is start hitting 7K and under players. These sweet, innocent, turf hugging turflings decide to unite in defense against this monster. Any changes to turf limit on larger players, cost to plant or even range would further hurt the chances of these guys defending themselves.
It's a tough call & not an easy fix. There's a lot that has to be factored in. I'm not saying it can't be done but it's def not just a quick fix. -
