What would you do differently to the new iPhone to make it better compared to the 4s?

Personally. I'd use nano technology to keep it 100% water proof, I'd use gorilla glass to cut down screen accidents. Bluetooth that connects to any other Bluetooth phone. Longer battery, better RAM and processing power(sick of freezing)

Yeah if i use any apps on mine it starts to get hot.

Me, I would like to add a physical keyboard

Software keys like what's on ICS I don't see a need for the home button it breaks a lot with my past experiences

My 4s has facial recognition.
