I've put this off after reading various issues online, but plan to upgrade tonight.

Anyone have any issues or success stories.

No issues with mine, updated it that first weekend it was available.

No problems. I had to restart it because my wifi dropped in the middle, but the upgrade is fine.

My 3GS froze and willn't turn back on. Tried charging iTunes to no avail

Watch out with Gamecenter. I lost the link with my nickname. Apple has not been able to get my nick name connected to my apple id again.

Lol. That sure took a long time. Overall it went fine. Phone seems a little slower, but it is nice not seeing boxes all the time!
