Title says it all. Navy claims they gave them warnings before opening fire (the boat was charging straight at it (from what I understand))

From watching the news, sounds like the US ship gave the boat more the enough of warnings. I'd say it was the right move to fire upon them, the chances of the boat being a legit threat were just to high at that moment.

This happens alot more than most people think. Not the shooting part. I understand completly. Ive been there. I have seen the iranian boats start shit. Just like the iraqi (before the war in 03). They want to instigate shit till the point where something is about to happen, but before there is a national incident they back off. Its bs. After the cole bombing, shoot them assholes. I would rather be safe than sorry.

I'm glad it was Indian nationals who were fired on. Not that I want to see Indians, let alone anyone, killed, but I was worried it'd be Iranians. I really do not want to see all this BS between the West and the Middle East escalate.
