A circle of smaller buttons like missions, etc. then in the middle.. GIANT RED BUTTON that says: READ THIS NOOB! Then it disappears at level 45

Oh they wouldn't. Theyd probably mob up if we put a button there. Or make all missions available after punching 100 codes

You and I both know that they'd still miss it and ask and ask as they do now. Even if it were the only option.
