Lol well I was swimming and about a minute after being in the water I remembered my iPod was in my pocket! :O so I took it out and saw water under the screen. After an gourmet left the pool and looked up what to do. We finally decided to soak it in rubbing alcohol for 2 hours and them put it in a bag of rice. Now I have to wait another 2 days... :O

Good luck. My iPod touch saw rain and that was it. Never worked again even though I dried it right away. Oh well

Aren't they always on. I mean in standby unless you shut it down all the way. Which I never did.

Haha yea I've only turned my iPod off once...and that was when I HAD TOO.. I had the white screen of death

My iPhone got completely submerged and still works!! Shake as much water as you can out, take the two screws out of the bottom, use a sat-nav sucker or similar to lift out the screen and leave it in a bag of rice for a day or two on the window sill. Just to be sure we dismantled it completely and brushed it with iso-propyl.

What sucks is when this happens u need to unplug the batt till it's dry. Then Leave it in yhe sun for the day. Or a dry place..

Yea it's an itouch so doesn't have the screws. But it will turn on. U can still see a bit of water under the screen when the LEDs are on. But one of the ones on top burnt out. :|

Ok well now it turns in and off fine but the screen is just water and LEDs. I can play music but I can't see anything! :B
