I just walked up on top of the mountain and made one with a note inside that has the lyrics from never gonna give you up scribbled on it.

You have to cross a creek and everything. Hopefully the person that finds it has a good sense of humor like I do.
Is probably through the cache in the river.... But that's a good idea I'm going to make that a trademark for my caches.😊

You never know. But you have to take somthing and leave somthing.

I found one in the middle of nowhere in Colorado. That was a pretty proud moment for me.

Does anyone use an app like Groundspeak? Any other app you pros recommend?

Old time geocacher. LS7673 look me up.
Did a 5/5, needed a ladder and 5 guys to hike up a big hill to get one on the tower atop Mt. Rubidoux. Did it at 3:00 am so not to get caught.

Groundspeak is actually THE geocaching company. I believe they started it all. They also run geocaching.com. I didn't use an app though. I used a garmin gps, a computer to find waypoints to plug into my gps, and occasionally, topographic maps of the areas I was caching in.
