I've been thinking of heading south to a place called primo tapia mainly just cuz it has PRIMO in it but then again I've been wanting to head to Las Vegas, I also have some turfs in Compton so I can continue headin north but I'll be heading north aimlessly...any suggestions on where to hit?

Well, go to Primo Tapia. Make it your own city. Get everyone else out of your city to claim it completely. You'll be the king of your city, not just the Capo!

as far as possible
and if I go to primo tapia I might as well go take over cabo as well. As far as north idk I want a spot that has alot of turfs crowded in one area and i'm willin to go past to Las Vegas when headin east

u make a turf and use it to build another turf even farther away from u and continue to do so until u get to where u want
