It doesn't normally eat testicles, the only reference to it doing so is from Paupau New Guinea tribals, who are *such* reliable sources for this kind of thing. I go swimming in Illinois lakes all the time, and have yet to even hear of this clam entering those lakes. Also, don't repost from the front page of Reddit, it makes you look like a bigger douche than Daniel Tosh...

Did y'all even read the article? And I'm not trying to be racist, I'm just saying that the natives of Paupau New Guinea have superstitions and wouldn't make the best source for claims like this. The article is really just trying to cause people to panic so they get more views.

1. Did you really take this seriously? This is the confirmed catch of one tropical fish, with the claim of one other sighting - it's hardly an invasion. (PS - they'll die as soon as it turns cold)
2. They're fish, not clams. Did YOU read the article?
3. It's from HuffPo/weird news; where do you get reddit from?

Whoops, was thinking about something else at the time and said clams instead of fish. My bad. It was posted on reddit earlier today. I don't think that you were honestly just reading the Huffington post and came across this, so I figured you had found it there. And yes, I took it seriously, because I hate news that tries to cause a panic among the masses.
