Played brass instruments and drums through high school, but electric bass and guitar most of my life -- or since I was six at least. (in and out of several bands) I also play drums in a band every now and then.

I do know how, and I used to be pretty dang good. But they're always out of tune, and they're sound has a quality that irritates my ears.

Oh ya and pedal tones on the BC😜 the range is awesome but it is hard! Playing notes with the same fingering twice In A row is very challenging. But I like playing trumpet too cause its easy and cool to play solos and such.

I write and arrange for mostly HS, college, Drum Corps and Middle schools.

I produce and use the korg ms20 poly-evolver and nord lead and sh101 to mention a few but I can only do very basic piano lol
