I think these idiots who are bad mouthing about Nick are missing the point! Turf Wars is a priviledge not a right! The creator can ban who he wants when he wants and does not need to give anyone a reason! Frankly the people who are asking for proof of why they were banned, well with the way they have conducted themselves on the forum is good enough reason for me! I'd like these idiots to suck it up and go away and for their hate mongering threads to be deleted, let's not entertain them.

I'm not saying people will get banned for no reason, however he shouldn't have to justify who he bans! Everyone knows this and it's their choice to spend the dollars of not.

I don't know about you guys but It seems to me that if you don't cheat and or associate with known cheaters and rule benders you will most likely be just fine in this game. Don't go painting nick as a ban hammer wielding maniac cause a group of cheaters got banned. He doesn't owe an explanation to anyone and shouldn't be telling us how he catches cheaters since then they will know what not to do to get caught. Just play the game the right way and enjoy it.

yep! And really when there is smoke there is fire. Usually, when there is suspicion of cheating, there is cheating.

Take their turf, put them in th er permanently, ignore their threads, in game policing! They'll get bored, kick, scream, and whine, then be gone like a fart in the wind!

Of people are paying for the app, they can't be banned for no reason. There could be legal ramifications.

But now with the TOS in place, NIck has a very effective tool to ban thhose who even spend the most money. If he were to follow the TOS in it's absolute strictest form, he could likely find a legitamite reason to ban just about anyone.
