I don't understand the inactive capping thing. It sounds like its saying if you capture one of the inactive person's turf you also capture ALL of their turf. But that can't be right. Someone care to explain?

So capping inactives becomes easier not harder. Less inactives means less income. Not sure what the plan here is. Piss off the longer term players so they beat the shit out of newbs and hence make them inactive.....

Dubai. Wow. That's gonna be insane. Tajik Capone already said he ain't letting anyone in there if it were to open. This is gonna be awesome.
And the loot sounds awesome. Glad I've looted a lot of toolboxes.
This and other little improvements like the turf color selector show that nick really does give a shit despite what people say and think.

I wonder how the balaclava will work. Surely just check the news link to the turf that just got capped to find out who capped it? Or attack them? Unless its just a cheapo way to get past sending notifications?!?!? (joke).

I think it will work per turf. It will be one use in that sense. So many ways it could go. Hard to say.
