I hear a lot people say the forums "used to be the best" What would make the forums better now?

I've been here almost 2 years now...there has never been a 'golden age' as far as I'm concerned. It has it's ups and downs just like life.

It peaked when sir talk alot first joined. We had a classic couple of weeks. For me, that guy is a forum legend.
Ashley, bage, rapped, etc.

Mmm interesting question... Basically it has to a good point or be funny/amusing(the rap battle callout is a recent one I enjoyed). There's to many threads that don't need to be created, just people Afta attention.

Would be nice if the forums weren't so slow at times, butr some quality would be nice. (I know that posting requesting quality instead of posting quality is counterproductive)

You actually blame people for repeating threads?
There's 1000+ pages of threads, it's not Asif they're going too look through every thread to stop them making a mistake is it?
Maybe be I the devs cleared the forums that haven't been used in months/years?

Maybe, we're all looking through rose coloured glasses! Not all the threads from 1 or 2 years ago were literary gold. Marc's on the right track, though. There's so many people on the forum now, and 90% of the threads have been done before!!

Ya but FussyJosh. On holidays there are always at least 2 threads for the exact same thing. Or someone makes a thread and another person will go make another of the same. Idk why. But they do.

No, no one expects someone to look through hundreds of threads. But for the love of god, check the first three pages maybe?

No, no one expects someone to look through hundreds of threads. But for the love of god, check the first three pages maybe?
