It is really no different than getting a new Xbox game and playing it 24 hours straight to complete the game in one sitting...except here you just keep doing that day after day with no end in sight...plus you can't play Xbox as well on the toilet :) ... Reminds me...if you meet someone that plays TW hardcore, never borrow their iPhone...you know where it has been.
