So I am going golfing for the first time tomorrow and am looking for some tips. I hope to enjoy it and continue to do it casually with friends.

So do you keep looking at the spot the ball was when you hit or do you follow the ball after contact?

What do you mean small ball and big ball?
Its a bit of a joke around the links. Basically to "remind" you to hit the golf ball before you hit the ground (earth). 😉

If you're 21+ a fun drinking game to play is at every hole you open a beer. You can't tee off at the next hole untill you finish your beer and open the next. And keep your eyes on the ball during your follow through.

If you've never played before it will probably be around two and a half hours. Also remember to have fun and bring lots of balls. 😜
