Hey guys just wanted your advice ,thinking about going to see a friend she lives near bondi beach and is in recruitment so she could get me a job pretty easy ,what's it like or should I stay in the uk?

It's horrible there, the weathers shite, people are miserable. The streets are narrow and cram packed. God I wouldn't live in the UK for quids....

Now Aus, yes everything can kill you but hey at least you die in paradise.

My best friend and i began a landscaping partnership, but the weather here in victoria is so shitty atm that I'm actually looking at getting work on the trawlers (fishing boats) for a few months. Then, come spring and summer, we'll get back into the landscaping.

We are thinking about moving out there later this year. Trying to weigh up the pros and cons at the moment.
I know a few people who've made the move to Oz already and they have nothing negative to say about.

When I went to the UK 12 years ago I paid 5 pound for McDonalds which was $15 Australian at the time. A glass of wine in a pub was the same as a bottle of the same stuff back home. With the GFC and our cost of living increasing I have friends who moved out and they were shocked at the cost of everything. Especially property. But then you get used to it.
