Due to my massive amount over limit :3 and my wanting to hop, I ask u to cap me back down, all turf are for grabs

Because I like to give people the chance, I capped my fortune, why not give back to the Community? They gave me wealth, now I wanna hop..so I'll give to people who take and then tear down the rest (btw still need a 100 turf whoever is in my area) let lose!
