In what ways is chess like TW? In what ways is it different? Can you even realistically compare the two games and draw conclusions based upon the comparison? Let's debate!

chess is like TW because you go around capturing pieces and hopping about . but chess kinda sucks

Different: Chess doesnt need a GPS or involve Brens (unless of course its sudden death chess)

Obviously they aren't going to be twins, but they have many similarities. Both are strategy war games based on the movement of playing pieces (In TW's case these are turf). Both have restrictions on said playing pieces (In TW, this is the build radius and capture radius of a turf).

Chess is 1v1 tw is not, chess is all skill and strategy tw has some strategy but in tw there are bigger factors, mob count, weapons and the biggest of all friends. In chess one player can't spend 40$ and start with 2 queens and 5 extra pieces.

Similarities: I rule in both :D Jk
Differences: Chess- the main strategy is be the smartest player u can be..
Turf wars- make friends with the smartest players lol and do a shit ton of punching..
In conclusion: BOTH GREAT GAMES :)))
