RIP MAGNA CARTA Jun 28, 2012

So two days ago I made a thread I was leaving. I dully intended to follow that, but over the course of the last two days ive been in a horrible mood, and its comforting to play turf wars. I guess I am also
Addicted to caffeine, and today was the first day in a whole I havnt had caffeine(to the best of my knowledge). I'm sitting here and I can hardly do my homework. Its not that it's hard, or Im not smart enough(apperently Im intelligent), I'm just very unmotivated and always find a way to get distracted. I've tried deleting the app and I've stopped drinking "energy" drinks, and it's been easier with the caffeine because it's an incovenience to get said drinks. As for turf wars on the other hand, all I do is press two buttons and bam, I'm here. Can anyone please help me, I feel horrible, and ashamed of myself that I've let turf wars and caffeine effect my current life this much.

It's also just- well its just a game, stop playing. I've spent over $110 dollars on here, and me being 14, that's a pretty good chunk of money.

Go into settings(TW settings)> change your password> then get your mom to make a password, write it on a piece of paper, and hide it somewhere you won't find it.

I had the same problem and I stopped studying and doing my homework. My grades went from about an A to a C.

Hey it could be worse, I had a mate from high school die of a heroin overdose. Another with gambling issues owed over $20k to the triad and was forced to be a courier to get rid of his debts. So don't be hard on yourself just take it in small steps and be conscious of your actions.

Yeah. Mine said that the real world wouldn't give you anything for free, and I had to work for what I wanted. Turns out they were right. :/

Very true... Saved all my cash and bought myself a Xbox 360 a year after it was out.. I felt so good about earning that money myself and working for it.

Agreed. Diagnosed at 4 years old while playing with blocks.
Took meds all through school. Quit as an adult bc I learned how to utilize it. Definitely needed it for school though.

I hate the idea of you quitting. But if you must, I'd reccomend resetting. Its only logical if you want to really quit.

I don't belive in taking meds for that, but not every one has self control.I was never diagnosed with A.D.D but only because i never seeked professional help. Imagine your brain going a million miles per hour and you can't stop it.I love A.D.D ,it's just a bitch trying to concentrate sometimes.

That's why I said this instance. I know its not easy for every instance. And I also know some have more self control than others but taking pills will not help him with learning self control. Better to start learning self control sooner than later. Just how I see it. 👍

Giving kids an alowence is a bad idea, they will expect it all the time gives them a false sense of self entitlement.If you want a kid to learn about money management let them
