iPad killer?

So, I was looking around and saw there's a company that makes a 7.0-inch Android tablet that looks very similar to the ipad. Any input? The company has a ad goin stating "iPad killer" at $150!

The ipad killer is from India. 30 dollars for the same features as a ipad. I'm thinking of picking one up online.

Resistive display, android 2.1 but you can't install apps from the android market currently, definitely not an iPad killer.
