When you see one in public, what do you do? Run up to them and ask for a picture or autograph, or just leave them be?
What made me think of this is after the Cubs game at Wrigley Field last night, a friend, my wife, and I were at a pizza place about 3 blocks away from the stadium and sitting only a few tables away was the Cubs Manager and what appeared to be his teen-aged son eating dinner and having a drink. My friend is a huge Cubs fan and wanted to go over and talk to him, but I've always felt that people in their situation deserve their privacy, especially when they are with their families. So the only thing that was said to the Cubs Manager was "Good job beating the Mets tonight, coach."

A comment like that or even an autograph seems fine to me. As far as pictures go, I'll only ask if they're already taking pics with other people.

Just a handshake is all I ask for

Creepernate requires hair, blood, and fecal samples for his collection.

I've met a couple celebrities. Saw Robin Williams in Vegas. Just told him that I was a big fan and that he's hilarious and then walked away.
I met Jamie Fox and Jake Gyllenhall (sp?) I was an extra in the movie Jarhead. But it was on set so I guess it's different. -
So I shouldn't have asked Gary busey if he wanted to go get hammered with me? Dammit!😜

Where he goes to boot camp. After he gets off the bus, the camera pans up the 3 floors of the barracks. I'm on the top floor on the right walking forward.Ꮹཞ།ཀཀ wrote:

I've ate dinner with Michell Waddell at a NWTF banquet(outdoors men know who he is)
He signed everything😜 -
If they are alone and away from work I might ask for an autograph, only if I'm a big fan, once they are out with family I leave them be

I preferr u to just b sober regardless of the situation or at least act like it...& I don't mind it if I'm with my family unless I'm about bite into a burger or somethin!

I used to park jimmy Rollins car for him when I did valet parking. He was super chill and we would chat for a bit. Played bball with lito Shepard regularly he used to chill and talk smack afterwards.. Ran into Stewart Bradley frequently and talked over lunch... All those Philly players are real layed back and don't seem to mind chattin or shootin the breeze..

I once was in the same forum thread as Grimm, a guy who was an extra in the movie Jarhead. But I didn't have the balls to talk to him directly or say "good movie, man" or anything.

Dude you've missed a metric shitton of bad unfunny comments I've made. But thanks for the kind words, and nothing beats the faucet rant.

The restaurant, not the underground transportation.I ran into Mike Epps in a subway and had lunch with him. I got a picture with him, too. Nice guy, really funny, too.
