so i learned last night that the equivelant job in the civilian sector in Texas makes a median od $22 an hour starting.

1. Anyone know a good resume place that understands how to translate military jargon
2. How to find the jobs im qualified for(staffing, workforce etc...), bcuz ive had no luck so far

Google is a powerful tool.
That already seems like a good salary but if you're interested in VGs all you have to do is call around.
Most websites for companies have a CAREER tab that shows job opening and if you have any questions, a contact number. Good luck job hunting :)

Austin Texas has alot of video game companies I hear.

Austin Texas has alot of video game companies I hear.
Well the job listing on their sites can be searched by location too

yeah. There are at least 17 legit video game companies hq'd in Austin. Let me try to link an article to you.

Damn I used to have this website that had your job "translated" in civilian lol. What was your job anyway?
Also, google search "from military to civilian resumes" .....

umm. tryin to find those jobs is impossible. and most say bachelors degrees. ive been able to complete 2 years of college WHILE deployed. but, its never enough.
