Eight of his victims testified against him, a coworker who witnessed the abuse testified, and his own son was prepared to testify against him if he took the stand. This was a pretty easy case for the prosecution.

I'm not having a debate on this. The monster can't begin to get what he deserves. And yes they were investigating it for 10 plus years. Iv seen first hand how keystone cops handle things like this along with other type of investigations. The county's in central pa do not spend money time or effort unless they a forced to.They are a punch line for a reason.
