Is this just a weight loss thing or does it build muscle also?

It does build muscle, but you won't get huge doing p90x. It's a brutal workout system though.

It's a nutritional routine and workout designed to lose fat an tone muscle. Don't expect much muscle building unless ur pretty small to start with and can't hold ur own weight

Insanity is hardcore. Not muscle building though.

Depends on your goal. If it's for fat loss and muscle toning it's great. But you've got to follow the nutritional plan. You can't out train a bad diet.

Insanity is much more cardio but you will absolutely build muscle. You will build more muscle with p90x. Neither are strictly muscle building programs. Insanity is crazy intense. I can't make it through the whole workout.

Insanity is a great workout system, if you want to tear a ligament. They expect an individual to go from cold to intense with little to no stretching or warmup.
I always did a warmup before the video because of this. The girls in the insanity videos are hotter, and the workouts are tough, but be sure to warm up

Im about to take GSP rush fit, I hear it's really good for building muscle/tone, and stamin.

I got great results from doin the p90 diet and videos highly recommend it! U will find that the first month u r just exhausted and hungry and basically workout and go to work and sleep but the second month u get better food and have a ton of energy and are more adventurous
