Partially agreed. Back when G-Unit first came out, 50 was still somewhat in his prime. And then there's Lloyd Banks. Banks is legit. Out of the whole G-Unit camp, Banks is the only one still rapping.YOU wrote:

I like Young Buk for what he is, a ghetto rapper, but he is far from a true lyricist.

I like him because he raps what he does. Banks is still a good rapper👍. I like buck though personally, and 50's old musicㄎㄗㄤㄢㄊㄤ 👣👊🔨 wrote:

50 was one of the best rappers around back when he released 'How To Rob' and GRODT. I miss those days...

G-unit are terrible-seriously. So many rappers and groups with a lot more ability than them. Try the Wu-Tang Clan or even NWA, A Tribe Called Quest etc

That should be the last post in this thread. The Wu and Tribe. Wish y'all were around in '93 to experience the era. Low End Theory in '91 and Enter the 36 Chambers in '93.

If you're also into a new sense of indie/hip hop I highly recommend Theophilus London. Also, my friends cousin came out with a song called Song of the Starz a few years back. His name is Cobe Obeah. Highly recommend giving it an ear.
