If you're not booting in safe mode to run the removal software you'll never get rid of them.

Malware Byte.
Google it, download it and run the scans.
I use it alongside another virus protection program that I bought and my computer hasn't had any issues :) -

Lol, someone at my school actually deleted system 32, and I had to explain what that meant to the school computer technician. I swear, even 'tech- literate' people don't understand the slightest about computers.Eunos wrote:

1)Go into safe mode with networking
2)download rkill.exe from bleeping computer site
3)download malwarebytes free software.
4)run rkill to stop all running malware.
5)install and run malwarebytes
6)run the full scan and then sit back and see what it finds
7)let malwarebytes dispose of infections
8)once done reboot and run malwarebytes again to make sure it doesn't find anything else.
-this fixes 90% of my customers issues when they get a virus. Sometimes going to safe mode and doing a restore fixes it, but not always.
Worst case you have to wipe and reinstall windows. Good luck.

Avg is ok but is a memory hog.
When you use the free trial of malwarebytes it offers a 14 day trial of active protection. I find it works ok for normal pc stuff but I find it sometimes blocks certain ports and network traffic. But for normal home use it works pretty good.

I already have malwarebytes on my computer, and the virus is preventing me from opening it! So I just left best buy right now, and i bought a antivirus program, but the guy at best but said if my computer was already infected, it couldn't clean it! Is this true, or was he just trying to get me to spend $200 there for them to clean it? Thank you guys for responding!✂

1) Take your computer off the internet. 2) If you have an external hard drive remove it. 3) Find a solution without freaking out you should be safe now.
