Lol, I ordered an Irish car bomb at the callagdah(sp) Irish pub in Indianapolis and the bartender seemed genuinely besmirched when he replied "if you don't mind sir, here they are simply referred to as carbombs" and he walked away....hehehe

I love Irish car bombs too, they kind of make me a crazy drunk haha. I usually end up doing things I won't normally do drinking other drinks. Like going around picking fights, but with an Irish accent.
