Personally I suggest lifting weights great stress reliever. Go fuck your wife girlfriend etc. And if those aren't an option you always have your hand😏

After I came of the cigs it went downhill in stress for me, ive been doing more fishing and playing my bagpipes, i put my game consoles a side along with TW and got myself a life, im doing great now
